Idiazabal D.O. Smoked

The Artzai Gazta Association, established in the mid-1980s, aims to enhance the quality and identity of shepherd's cheese. It unites around 90 shepherds across Álava, Bizkaia, Gipuzkoa, and Navarra, producing about 35% of Idiazabal cheese. With +30 years of experience, the non-profit association maintains connections with European producers and engages directly with consumers through local fairs and competitions.
