Emile Henry Regtangular Pizza Stone

Create your own pizzas that taste just like they've been baked in a pizza oven with this versatile, rectangular pizza stone from Emile Henry. It withstands high temperatures and can therefore be used in the oven - conventional or convection, or on the grill - gas, charcoal and natural wood. The micro-crazed glaze contributes to crispy crusts, and allows you to cut directly on the stone without worry of damaging or scratching the surface. It's also dishwasher safe!

Choose Charcoal or Burgundy. Measures 18" x 14".
